Coolaroo is situated in the Southern Highlands of NSW. It is a 2 hour drive south of Sydney, driving is the easiest way to get there.

The Southern Highlands offers a wide range of accommodation, from hotels and B&Bs to country cottages and self-contained stays. Towns to stay in include Berrima, Bowral and Mittagong. Most accommodation is within a 10–30 minute drive of wedding location. There will be buses organised on the wedding day from each of these towns.
